Lessons in the Month of Opal

Standing by,
watching and waiting

Understanding,
but without judging or condoning;
allowing nature to run its course

Sensing the mournful depths of your feeling heart
I am filled, not without remorse

Tender heart, it continues beating.
Your thoughts, they are all fleeting.

Patience, is what I will adopt,
if it will help you to regain your bearing

Knowing that it would be all for naught,
if I were to attempt to use force.

The battle; not one may go in your place at that
All one may offer, are words for soothing

As for me, you should not worry.
For I am no piteous sorry.

No dear, I am not fleeing
into the dilemma of your source

Let go of your doubt,
and place in faith your trust.

As with time, the ice shall defrost;
and we shall be alright.

Most certainly my lovely, of course.
